Day-by-Day Itinerary

• Day 1: Arrival & Evening Safari
  • Arrive at Kabini by noon. Check-in to our forest lodge and settle in.
  • Briefing and camera settings alignment over lunch.
  • First evening safari inside the park, focusing on leopard territories.
  • Dinner and photography review session.
• Day 2 - 5: Morning & Evening Safaris
  • Daily morning and evening safaris in custom open-top gypsy vehicles.
  • Hiren Khatri will guide you directly on composition, lighting, and tracking animal behavior.
  • Midday classroom sessions covering post-processing (Lightroom), bird behavior, and tracking cues.
• Day 6: Final Safari & Departure
  • One last morning safari to capture the golden light.
  • Checkout after lunch and depart back to Bangalore.

What is Included

• 5 nights accommodation at a premium forest resort (twin sharing).
• All meals (Breakfast, Lunch, High Tea, and Dinner).
• 10 exclusive safaris in open-top Gypsy vehicles (max 4 clients per vehicle).
• All park entry permits, guide fees, and vehicle costs.

What is Excluded

• Travel cost to/from Kabini (transport from Bangalore can be arranged).
• Alcoholic beverages, tips, and laundry.
• Camera equipment rental fees.

Recommended Gear & Prep

• Camera Bodies: DSLR or Mirrorless (secondary backup body is highly recommended).
• Lenses: Telephoto lens of at least 400mm focal length. A 70-200mm is useful for elephants and landscapes.
• Clothing: Earthy tones (khaki, olive green, brown). Avoid bright colors or white.
